We accept all insurance plans other than those above as an out-of-network provider. Our can office provide you with a “superbill,” which you can submit directly to your insurance provider for reimbursement. To find out what your specific insurance provider will cover, call the 800 number on the back of your card and ask about your out-of-network outpatient mental health benefits.

Sliding Scale

Sliding scale services are offered on a limited basis for those who are eligible. Please inquire for more details.

Payment is accepted via cash, check or credit card. All payments are due at time of service.
